At The Camping & Battery Place we guarantee to beat the advertised price of any store in Australia. If you find a cheaper genuine advertised price elsewhere, on any item we have in stock, we will beat the price by 10%. If you wish to enquire about this promise for any product you are thinking about purchasing we require you to send us a copy of the current advertisement so that we can verify the price and stock availability. *Does not include 'loss leaders’, clear-out, and ‘liquidation’ type sales. Item must be identical eg: colour, size, model and supplied to the retailer through an authorised Australian distributor. 

Shipping and Delivery Policy.

All Goods purchased from our store will be shipped via Australia Post with in Australia only.   The $ amount quoted in the shopping cart is exactly the amount charged to the purchaser.  Every attempt is taken to dispatch goods with-in 3 working days off receiving payment, however this is not guaranteed. 

Refund Policy. 

A payment refund is available only If:   

• A Product is  returned within 5 days   
  
• A product is incorrectly supplied as per the order.  
  
• For any other reason that complies with the Australian Law.  
  

Any items returned must include a copy of the original tax invoice and written consent from The Camping & Battery Place.   This consent can be obtained via email. The Camping & Battery Place do not accept any expenses incurred during this process including freight and damages.

$250 Voucher Draw Terms and conditions

• Promotion is open between 12:01am on 18 November 2021 AEST and 11:59pm AEST on until 23 December 2021 (“Promotion Period”). Information on how to enter the competition and prizes forms part of these conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Promoter is Lightbase Batteries Pty Ltd ABN 39 608 543 237 of 1A Reconciliation Rise, Pemulwuy NSW 2145 (“Promoter”). Entry is only open to Australian residents (“Eligible Entrants”) who have purchased a product or service from the participating stores, for $100 or more, during these periods. Directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including the suppliers of the prizes) are ineligible to enter. To enter and be eligible to win a prize, during the Promotion Period, Eligible Entrants must do the following: Purchase $100 or more of products or services from the participating stores and register their mobile phone number and email address during the instore invoice process. Valid entries will automatically be entries and no advice on the entry will be give other than if you are randomly selected as a winner. It will be the winners responsibility to collect the prize at the participating store. The winners must show photographic identification and a copy of the invoice to collect the prize. Winners will be contacted by phone (text message) and or email address, as noted on their invoice. There will be one prize draw conducted each fortnight, in the participating store, during the promotional period and the customers who has spent $100 or more will receive 1 entry per transaction. The fortnightly winner will be by random draw at the participating store (“Draw Locations”). The prize winner will receive a Gift Voucher to spend in the participating store, of $250 only. A draw will occur (3 draws) during the promotional period on 26/11, 10/12 and 24/12. All vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers can be used to purchase goods only and no change is given on the purchase, if less than $250 nor a reduced gift voucher amount for lesser purchases. A purchase over $250 can be made and the difference paid to the participating store using normal payment methods. The Gift Voucher is to be redeemed no later than noon on 29 January, 2021 or it will be deemed as unclaimed. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 2 weeks of a draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw the day after the two week period expires, at the same time at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delayed entries or entries not included for any reason during the Promotion Period. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results from this Promotion (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), except that which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoters decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to Lightbase Batteries Pty Ltd collecting, using and disclosing the information provided by them for the purposes of the conduct of the Promotion and distributing prizes. Individual entrants may receive a total of 4 text message to their nominated mobile phone and or two emails, as part of this promotion. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this Promotion entrants understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by them on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
